A. We currently ship to the USA and Canada.
Q. How can I pay for my order?
A. The Suburbia processes payments through Paypal,
but don't worry a Paypal account is not required. We accept all
major credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal payments.
Q. Is my information safe when I order
with you?
A. Absolutely. PayPal automatically encrypts confidential
information in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol
(SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level
commercially available). Now, in english this means that your
information is secure and safe when you order with us. We absolutely will not distribute your information
to any third parties.
Q. What is your return and exchange
policy?
A. If you wish to return or exchange an item you
can do so up to 14 days after the date received.

and times?
A. We ship our products using Canada Post. Shipping
times vary dependent upon the shipping destination.
